Wholesale Information

About: Our products are unique, limited handcrafted and handmade collectibles. Slight imperfections are a part of handmade crafts, so some variations should be expected. Colors may vary on different computer monitors.

Minimums: First orders $250 minimum, reorders $150. Exclusivity (on request) in a zip code requires minimum purchases of $500 dollars twice a year.

Payment: All first orders are pre-paid, VISA, MasterCard or American Express until credit is established.

Prices: Prices and specificaitons are subject to change without notice. All orders accepted subject to price at time of billing. Discounts or charge backs are not accepted.

Shipping: UPS is the shipper of choice. 3-Day, 2nd-Day, and Next Day delivery may be requested. All UPS items are subject to a 7% total shipping and packaging fee. All shipments are freight collect. Overseas or out of country shipping will be priced according to current exchange rates. All orders shipped via US Mail are subject to a $5 handling fee.

Defective Goods: Defective goods will be repaired, receive full credit at our option. Claims for defective goods must be made in 5 days of receipt of goods. Credit memos must be used against new purchases. Refund checks will not be sent for accounts with credit balances.

Please Check Merchandise upon Receipt: All returns must have prior authorization. Unauthorized goods damaged in transit are your responsibility. Authorization request must be made by phone within 5 days of receipt of goods. Return must be in original condition, include invoice number, properly packaged and shipped insured. Returns must be shipped prepaid to YOUR COMPANY NAME.

Delivery Schedule: Due to the nature of handmade and handcrafted products, a window of earliest ship date through cancel date has proven the most effective way of securing delivery of your order. On the average, we ship 2-3 weeks from recept of your order, depending on the time of year (March/April and September/October being especially demanding). As much advance notice, when possible, is sincerely appreciated.
